National Sea Life Centre

Last Wednesday we decided to take a trip to the Sea Life Centre in Birmingham. Because we were without a car, we had to travel by public transport so an early start for a trip via Bus and then train to Brum! Once there we set off for Brindley Place and found out there was an hours queue (which actually ended up being just over half an hour) and the wind was very cold!

Once inside we had a great time, plenty to do including a 4D cinema. Quite steep prices though, but we managed to spend most of the day there. Afterwards we met up with a friend for coffee and Jack proceeded to fall in a fountain!

Then the treck home, which was very late due to the way that public transport can be completely useless. Last bus from Worcester was 18.05 but we couldn’t leave Birmingham until after 18.00 or it would double the train ticket price! Completely useless and they wonder why people buy cars!
